Shocking service - DO NOT USE! It's been over 3 weeks since we paid and oven is still not fixed. Initial visit from repair guy (contractor, doesn't work for Go Assist, nice chap) after a week or so, diagnosed an additional problem but told it would need to be a separate claim as not detailed in initial call (how would we know?!) - standard Go Assist procedure apparently. Since then ignored by Go Assist and almost a month with no oven. Check their Twitter tweets and replies" before booking
