I have been using Danielle on and off for years! Such a friendly professional and welcoming experience every time! Treats you like a long time friend at every appointment. I work shifts and she is always able to accommodate a time slot that suits me, I am never disappointed with how my hair turns out. Radio station is always on point and she even has a range of snacks available now! What more could you want. 10/10 would recommend.

Bad service. Too rough and unprofessional attitude. My hair placement is concerning and you can physically see a weft sticking out. This has happened multiple times due to either rushed work or she has no idea what she's doing.Also lots of my hair has fallen out due to bad care by her , too tight and rough. Waste of money, will need extensions taken out and no doubt my actual hair is damaged because of her. Only cares about money not customers.Also cut my hair without asking me and then pretends not to when I complain. Absolute rude and disgrace to sum it up. For information this picture was taken a few days after having it done.

I discovered house of tresses after searching on google for local places that do hair extensions. Leanne was very professional, she invited me for an initial consultation to assess my needs appropriately and it was recommended that the LA weave would be best for me. I had 16 extensions and they are the perfect length for me

After having a bad experience with extensions from another hairdresser I was very nervous to get them refitted however Leanne was amazing. My hair has never looked and felt so good. Her technique is just perfect! I can’t wait to get a refit.
