In store experience was OK.Ordered artificial grass and got a delivery date with a 3 hr time slot.Tracker had my delivery 1hr away and then received a call to say delayed on route next best delivery 5 days later....shocking.No explanation as to delay.No offer of compensation after I lost a day of work waiting.Never again !

Excellent range of grass , transformed my garden. The appearance of the grass is so near to the real thing it’s uncanny! What that lad Danny didn’t know about artificial grass I don’t think was worth knowing. The product knowledge to the sale , delivery an recommendation of a fitter was top notch. My wife was over the moon with the finished product. An as they say happy wife happy life. I shall return (:
