We used AGB Removals to bring all our belongings down from Bearwood, West Mids to Swansea, South Wales and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made!We first met Aaron, the director, and he was great from the start, going through different options to make it cost effective and easy for us.Then on the day of the removal 3 legends turned up to pack everything on to their massive van - Luke, Lee and Ellis. They were so helpful, friendly, respectful, professional, hard working and personable it felt like we had agreed to pay double what we’d agreed. It was boiling the day it all got packed up but they didn't complain at all. We had a right laugh with them. Then when they brought the stuff down to Swansea the next day it was much the same.They had to wait around for a few hours while we waited for our completion to go through and for us to get the keys but again, no complaints from them. They just went for a walk down to the beach!During this time we talked to Ceri/Kerry in the office, keeping her informed and she was outstanding. So reassuring at a massively stressful time for us. She kept trying to find solutions for us just in case Luke, Lee and Ellis needed to stay over for the night.Then, when we were finally able to get into the house all our belongings were brought in and left wherever we wanted. When we waived goodbye to them it felt like our long standing mates had driven off.At a time when everything seemed to be going against us (bloody solicitors!) AGB Removals, especially Luke, Lee and Ellis, were a shining light for us and kept us positive.Keep doing what you do. All of you are credits to the business.Special mention to Lee and Ellis’ constant banter, they had us giggling throughout the whole 2 days. From the first contact AGB made for the removal quotation we knew that this company cared.The quote was extremely competitive and they beat all of the other quotes that we had previously obtained.AGB responded swiftly and with a ‘can do’ attitude to each of our requests or questions when we emailed or called prior to moving day.Aran Kieron and Ellis, arrived bright and early on the big day. It was a bitter sweet day for us as my mother in law was moving into a bungalow and leaving her house that had been her happy memory filled home for over 40 years.Aran and the crew were faced with some heavy, cumbersome furniture and performed miracles moving a 3 piece suite that the giant from Jack n the beanstalk could have sat comfortably in - into a bungalow the size of Jacks tiny home.Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for AGB, no task was too tall or small.The AGB team were courteous, efficient and friendly throughout the move. Amazing work overall !!!Aaron Blunt, the company director, came to our home to assess the move, listing all furniture's, deriving the overall volume, selecting the truck with the most appropriate size, providing us with an instant quote and explaining how it would all work out on the day of the move. Absolutely fantastic service, really couldn't have asked for more! The lads all turned up nice and early, and got straight on it. They were so friendly, professional and polite, and have really worked hard all day to get us into our new home. I genuinely can't thank them all enough for taking the stress out of moving day. The office staff have been so friendly and patient over the last 7 months whilst the house sale completed. I'm hoping we never have to move again, but if we do, we'll be using AGB!

We used AGB removals to move house twice in the space of a month. I couldn’t fault the service provided. Reasonably priced, turned up on time, friendly people and they were very careful with our items. Always asked us where we wanted things and worked hard to get us moved in the shortest time possible. Absolutely wonderful service provided by the guys at AGB! All the way through from getting an initial quote, the support from the office along the way, to the move day itself, everyone has been incredibly helpful and professional.Having such good movers really did take the stress out of moving - we were so impressed with the guys that completed our move on the day, and also had a great time chatting to them as they were all so lovely with a great sense of humour.Can't fault the service whatsoever - would recommend AGB to anyone moving, and will certainly use them again for any future moves!
