After setting up my dance and Pilates business nearly nine years ago, I have had a busy family life welcoming three children who are now 2, 5 and 7! Life has been busy and I have been running my business amongst the chaos that is my wonderful family. But I had reached a point of needing to consolidate what I have been working towards for the last nine years, and drawing from my teaching experience of the 7 years prior to that......Rachel has been totally inspirational in helping me get my brand and purpose back on track and in a new and exciting direction.
