Great customer service. Even though I was delayed getting there to collect my car after its MOT, the manager waited for me event though I was 20 minutes late.Use their garage regularly and cannot fault the service they provide.

I've not long lived in Exning, and now taken my car to West's twice. Once for a relatively small job and then again after being recovered by the AA for a bigger job - they've been really great to deal with, both understanding and helpful. The work was done efficiently and to a great standard. Will definitely be using them again, and would recommend them to others.

I couldn't recommend Wests highly enough. Went in with squeaky brakes on my fiat 500 and 45 mins later its sorted, no charge. Bought the car from them and will always use them. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and they sort issues quickly and professionally. So glad you're on my doorstep!

Bought a car from here in September - needed a couple of small things sorted - they couldn't be more helpful.Thank you to Glen in sales and Mark in the Service dept. Restored my faith in buying a second hand car and would definitely do so again.

I had very bad experience at the West Garage , on Dec 22 my car had a breakdown and I took my car to this garage and was not fixed till new year as they didn’t had much manpower and every time I called to follow up they said they need more time and finally after more than 3 weeks when I went to collect my car I was surprised from the charges they charged me for doing nothing and had to take my car back in the exact same condition , not even my car was starting , seems like I just paid them £150 just to keep my car in there garage for 3 weeks and doing nothing . Won’t recommend it to anyone as I am still very shocked and sad the way they overcharged me . Moreover than my cars condition I am upset with there service and charges.
