Customer service was very nice from the reception staff to the show room sales advisor.On my visit I was also acknowledged by the branch manager who had given me all the information I needed for the correct vehicleNice refreshments area and clean and tidy showroom with a nice range of vehicles.

For the past couple of years, I've been contemplating upgrading from my 2005 Audi TT and delving into the market for a new car. The Cupra Formentor particularly caught my eye. When my son reached out to Citygate Slough, our experience was nothing short of delightful. The receptionist greeted us with smiles, connecting us with Stuart Laurie, who skillfully guided us through the sales process with utmost care and attention.Stuart proved to be exceptionally diligent in addressing all our questions, leaving us with no doubt that we had made the right decision once the deal was agreed upon. Throughout the waiting period for delivery, Stuart and Shannon from the aftersales team promptly responded to our follow-up emails and calls.When the car finally arrived, Ibby made the handover a truly special experience, taking the time to thoroughly explain all the features of the car. The added touch of champagne was much appreciated. Thanks to the Citygate Team, I'm thoroughly enjoying driving my new car!

Good to see some 5 star reviews, however, if I could put 0 stars I would, wish I could have some of those 5 stars.In my opinion, don’t go here if you want to buy a car, poorly organised, left waiting for 30 mins for a test drive I was appointed for, to then be told the car that I was interested in had no fuel and we would have a further wait, whilst in between all of this, my sales exec was finishing a handover for another client? Took my business elsewhere and bought a car from a competitor who cared.Not the best service in the world, and by the way, if you are a Motability customer, which we were, I hope you get a better service than we did.

Recently had my Cupra serviced at Slough branch. What can I say always greeted with a smile. Everyone so friendly, Dan was very helpful and explained all that had been done on my car and if it needed any extra work in the near future. Will happily recommend friends and family. Well what can I say, I had a fantastic experience with Dan (senior advisor) this week! It's the first time I have visited the dealership and being in the industry too as an advisor I know what great customer service is, but Dan went above and beyond that! From the moment I walked in he treated me with respect and told me everything that would be done to my car and got it done promptly. I received the seat cam which explained everything in detail. I requested and call back regarding a few things and he called me back within half hour. A part I required wasn't in stock so he ordered it in and invited me to come in the next day before work to have this fitted which was fantastic. This was done swiftly and I was on time for work. Overall I had a superb experience and Dan is a credit to your company. Thanks for everything again Dan!

Diabolical customer service, loan car was dirty with old tissues and car park ticket from February 2023 in it. When I got my car back it was dirty in and out and the staff member assured me it had been cleaned but used the excuse it had been raining. Then admitted it hadn't been cleaned. No offer of getting it cleaned. Car took 3 days longer to service and they couldn't even change the key batteries which was specifically asked. Threatened that if the car was not back by 8am this morning then it would not be insured. I have purchased 4 cars directly and 6 friends have bought new/used cars as recommendations by me from this dealership and I have never had an issue with purchase or servicing. This experience fell way below any acceptable standard of service. Will never come back to seat and that goes for family and friends. Staff member who dealt with me on the phone on Friday and today (same person) had the worst attitude when dealing with me. Needs a good lesson in customer service.Addition 23/06/23Since putting this review up I have spoken to Rob who is the Head of servicing at Slough. He was very apologetic for the service that was provided. Just received received nice hamper through the post and elements of faith have been restored hence why I am changing the 1 star to 3 star. Appreciate the call Rob and for dealing with the issues raised so professionally.

Just bought a used Seat Leon and this was very easy and extremely well handled by the excellent Stuart Laurie. Stuart was brilliant, very quick and responsive and made the whole thing very easy. He seems to work all day every day which was very helpful in getting all the various bits of admin done with his help and guidance!
