After struggling to motivate myself during lockdown I started online training with Rebecca and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Six weeks in and I’m a slimmer and more toned version of me, I’m more motivated and most importantly my sleep is better and I have so much more energy. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable, super supportive and has worked with me to create regular training that I enjoy and meets my needs. I’ve never used a personal trainer before and wondered how it would be online but it works perfectly, it fits in with my busy work and home life and I’ll be training with Rebecca long after lockdown has passed! If you’re thinking ‘should I do this’ then the answer is yes!

Before starting with Becky, I was a genuine exercise-phobe. The word 'cardio' filled me with dread, and even a gentle run to catch the bus was a no-go for me.I wanted to work with Becky for three reasons; to improve my fitness, improve my self-confidence, and become stronger. She's not only managed to achieve all three, but also to transform me from an exercise-phobe to somebody who genuinely looks forward to my three weekly training sessions (I know, I'm shocked too).If you're nervous about working with Becky, don't be. She provides a safe space that helps you be your best self (whatever that means to you) and her approach to health and fitness is genuinely holistic. 10000% recommend.

Becky is a great trainer that really wants to understand what your objective(s) are and what it’ll take to achieve them. She goes at your pace and makes the sessions comfortable and enjoyable. Her nutritional support and guidance are helpful and realistic.If you have dabbled in exercise or are pretty much a complete novice (like me), I’d recommend Becky.

My partner and I have worked with Becky for about 12 months. I really struggled with confidence and knowing what to do in the gym and Becky has really helped me overcome this. I now feel confident when exercising and feel so much better mentally and physically as a result.Becky is knowledgeable and very supportive. She always goes the extra mile to check on me and my partner regularly and to make sure our plan adapts to our needs/likes/dislikes. Becky makes the whole process understandable, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any novices like myself, wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle.

I wasn’t sure that anyone would be able to keep me motivated to work out when I first contacted Becky. I had struggled for physical strength following an operation and the long winter lockdown. I wasn’t optimistic. However, I have been training with Becky since March 2022 and she has been a revelation: encouraging, holistic and fun, she wants to understand your goals and motivations and help you to achieve them. The best thing about Becky is that there is no gymtimidation involved, just kindness and supportiveness. If you’ve been thinking about getting a PT, and you want someone to understand you and your needs, you’d have to go a long way to do better than Becky. Highly recommended.

I have had nothing but an enjoyable experience with Rebecca. She helped me work out ways of having a healthy relationship with food and incorporating exercise into my week without it being overwhelming. She also put together a workout for me which we did together and ticked all ares of my body I had mentioned I would like to work on and strengthen...and she has the best brownie recipe on her website!!
