Ray and Paul’s service has been fantastic from start to finish. They returned my call straight away and were willing to come and measure with samples the same day and fitting was the following week. Their price was competitive with carpet right and I feelour new bathroom floor quality is better . The fitters were courteous of my home and professional at all times and the finish is impeccable. Thank you so much everyone at ray and Paul I will definitely by using your service in future and would recommend you to anyone.

I cannot recommend Ray & Paul interiors highly enough. If you are looking for great quality blinds and curtains from a company with first class customer service, then look no further!We had a new build house, requiring lots of blinds and curtains.Paul was fabulous from the start, helping us choose between shutters & blinds. No pressure, just good helpful advice. He was happy to measure up before the build was complete, sourced all our chosen fabrics and quoted a price that seemed exceptionally good value! Andy kept us updated with progress and arranged fitting as soon as we were ready, nothing was to much trouble.The ladies in the accounts department were beyond helpful, answering any questions and making the payment process quick and easy.Jason fitted the curtains with care and precision, working extremely hard all day to get the job done. I've never had such a tidy workman in my house!The curtain makers work is exceptional, our curtains and blinds are fabulous quality and they look amazing!I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this company have provided excellent customer service from start to finish (and beyond!), quality products at a good price. You really can't ask for more than that! Thank you to everyone at Ray & Paul.

I was so disappointed when I went in today to look at some blinds. There were two men at their desks who were so rude and disrespectful I was disgusted with their customer service skills. No hello or good afternoon or can we help you with anything. They looked at me and my husband over their glasses and didn’t make any effort in basic manners. I wouldn’t spend a penny on these types of shops who are so rude and have no etiquettes! I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here or spending a penny in this shop!Where exactly am I meant to contact you? You didn’t leave a number or email address.

I went to the shop on Shrewsbury Avenue, as I’ve known about Ray and Paul for a long time. I popped in to have a look at the curtain materials for my mum. My mum is very ill and has early on set dementia, so I wanted to check out what the shop had before taking her in to have a look. From start to finish Ria was so kind, patient and understanding, and generously spent the time to talk to us both through the materials that mum liked. I would highly recommend Ray and Paul. The personal, non-pressured service was exactly what we needed and my made my trip so easy. My mum is so happy with the curtains. Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend Ray and Paul to all of our friends and family and a big thank you to Ria for her exceptionally attentive service.

I spent a lot of time choosing fabrics for roman blinds & curtains, choosing venetian blinds & curtain poles. Nothing was too much trouble. It was also very useful to borrow the fabric books. The fitter was excellent & there was no mess at all despite drilling in every room. The quality of the work is excellent. You get what you pay for & I would definitely use Ray & Paul again. Special mention to Kelsey in Sales & Andy the fitter.

This is our first encounter with Ray & Paul and I have to say it was a positive experience. Ria, in particular, gave us an enormous amount of help, time and patience through several visits while deciding on a carpet choice. It was so nice to feel welcomed and not jumped on by a sales person the minute we walked through the door.The team who came to lay the carpet could not have been more helpful and coniderate.One minor issue we later asked about had someone on the phone making an appoiintment to come and inspect it within a couple of minutes. That is the kind of service you use again.A big thank you to Ria and the team.

I ordered some blinds from Ray and Paul and the service was efficient throughout. Initially, I got some quotes for carpets, but decided to proceed with just the blinds. Despite changing my mind, the staff were patient, and the process for ordering the blinds was straightforward. Every member of staff that I dealt with was amazing - from the sales staff to the person who fitted my blinds. I'm very happy with the blinds too, so I highly recommend this company.

I recently went in to Ray and Pauls at Shrewsbury Avenue and had excellent service from when I entered the store to the end.I was met by Ria who listened to my needs and explained timings, costings, underlay requirement fantastically.When I described the carpet I wanted, I think it took Ria about 10 seconds to locate a perfect match!From there she worked out my quote all the while making me feel very comfortable and explaining the costs, what I would get for the money and itemising the quote for me.After explaining everything I left and by the time I got to my car I had an emailed quote from her. I was very impressed.I can only give my recommendation that if you need a competitively priced carpet and want to have the best customer service, I can't recommend Ray and Pauls but especially Ria :)

From start to finish the service we received was excellent. Su was very helpful and assisted me in choosing the right type of shutters and explained everything. The fitters were excellent and very tidy. The shutters look amazing and great quality. I would definitely recommend using Ray & Paul Interiors as I will be.
