This will be our second holiday with Hayes & Jarvis. Our first (last year) was to Singapore & Bali which was our honeymoon. Jas gave us some fantastic advice when booking on the best places to stay, what to do when out there.His knowledge was really useful.We are now booking our second holiday with Jas’ guidance.Once again the help and advice offered has been fantastic.

I have just booked a trip to South Africa using Hayes and Jarvis. During the planning and booking process, I was fortunate to have the help, support and guidance of Beth Coombs as my travel consultant. She kept in regular contact with me over the weeks it took for us to build the final proposal for the trip and she was always dependable, patient and attentive, answering all my questions and making the necessary changes after all of our planning calls. Nothing was too much trouble for Beth - highly recommended.

Wanting to plan our trip of a lifetime to South Africa, we wasn’t sure where to start. Valentina was an absolute godsend. Talking us through options, listening to what all expectations were, what we wanted to do in the trip. She came back with a virtually perfect itinerary, which is jam packed from Day 1 until our home bound flight. Everything has been organised: flights, transfers, hotels, trips. We've just booked our 4th holiday with Hayes and Jarvis. Each one has been an adventure but with the safe and secure support of a great team on the ground.We're going back to India - this time to Kerala. Last time we 'did' the Golden Triangle with some extra days in Shimla via the Toy Train. India has amazing architecture, scenery, wildlife and very friendly people. Well worth booking.Our lastest booking was managed by Thidara, one of Hayes & Jarvis' booking agents. She was knowlegable and helpful with some great suggestions to improve our holiday and came up with a really good deal.Can't wait to go!

Great experience! I contacted Jayes & Jarvis to enquire for a trip to South Africa in October. Thidara looked after me and she has been just amazing! She listened carefully to my requirements and has also been so quick in responding (she answered to my emails within a couple of hours max with several itinerary amendments - giving me two options each time, to fulfil my requests/requirements). She showed in-depth knowledge of the destination I was travelling to, but also provided some extra tips and advice which I found a really nice touch! Thank you Thidara and I will certainly consider Hayes & Jatvis for my next holiday.

Fabulous tailor made trip by Hayes and jarvis to costa rica and galapogos.Listened to us and had a perfect itinerary. Brilliant to have a tour manager on whatsapp 24 7 checking in to make sure everything was going to plan. Highly recommended.

Just returned from 2 weeks in Malaysia. H&J did a superb job: beautiful locations, great hotels and efficient guides and drivers. We felt well looked after every step of the way and recommend this company without hesitation.
