Collected parcel from depot when masks were optional, was surprised by staff wearing masks, so many people don't bother now! Fast collection from supplier and delivery to collection point.

Drove 10miles to get to courier an urgent item only to be told by assistant that he cant get onto DHL website. When I asked cant he phone someone for assistance he said no. Will never use W Smith again.
