Very friendly and helpful people. Couldn't make it to the store, so they came to the house with samples. Very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right product for us. Once ordered stored carpet till we were ready to have it fitted. Excellent company, highly recommend.

Walking into 'Hoppy Hall Carpets' shop, the Manager Mark, made my wife and I feel very welcome without being pushy.We are delighted with our new flooring that Mark had patiently helped us choose. Can't praise this family business enough. After ordering my carpet, I had to delay as I was let down several times by my decorator. Mark & Ali were fantastic, agreeing to wait as long as it took & work around my hours to get the work done. Very professional & carpet feels lovely.

Great help in choosing styles and clear on pricing. Very flexible with appointments for measuring and installing. Also removed the old carpet which is always a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend this friendly, local business.
