Ken did a brilliant job fixing a faulty bathroom tap, as well as noticing that the filter needed replacing - we now have a fully functional, smooth-flowing tap.Ken was friendly, punctual & efficient - I will definitely call him for any future plumbing jobs.

I have absolutely no idea how people can give Ken less than five stars. He is a fantastic contact to have if anything plumbing or heating goes wrong. He has never over charged or created work for himself and often suggests cheaper, alternative ways to solve problems.He's reliable, knowledgeable and can solve pretty much any problem. Sad to be moving out of the area and losing such a fantastic plumber.To the user stating that he is too expensive:A) Ken charges a very fair day rateB) You get what you pay for
