Bounce & Slide Leicester

Brilliant service from booking to delivery and collection. Louise was brilliant when taking the booking, even checking that access to the garden would be OK for the castle I'd chosen by asking for some photo's of the side gate. The two guys who delivered the castle were courteous and prompt and even scheduled as last for collection so the kids could enjoy the castle late into the afternoon. Well recommended

Booked a castle from Bounce and slide for 26th june. Turned up on time but was too big for the garden (our mistake) , this great company took it back and brought us another one a few hours later! How amazing is that for service. I would highly recommend these guys absolutely amazing, friendly , good price. Thanks Bounce and slide you made my grandsons 4th birthday party fantastic.

Poor customer service from start to finish. Ordered the Disney soft play zone for my twins 1st birthday party. I understand somethings can not be helped but for not to communicate and tell me they are not able to deliver a bouncy castle I ordered back in august, I phoned them 30 minutes before the party was due to start, I phoned them as they hadn’t arrived and was then told they couldn’t deliver today! I even messaged last week to confirm and the message I got back was pretty short.Would not recommend to anyone, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star

Absolutely brilliant. My granddaughter an her friends had a lovely day. I would highly recommend Bounce an Slide. Very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much. See you next August

After being let down ast minute by another company for a bank holiday weekend this company stepped up and delivered a day before the party and collected when we asked. Great people and prompt responses!! Would definitely recommend , thank you so much x x x
