Excellent service. It is the best service at the most reasonable price; adding to that the Admin staff and clinical staff were so humble. I couldn’t believe I was not charged for MRI cervical spine and only paid for MRI Brain. I definitely recommend the services of MRI Plus

My experience was first class. Booking was easy and getting an appointment quickly was also easy. Friendly staff and the ‘manager’, I think his name was Simon, was helpful and efficient when forwarding my results to my consultants.

I had multiple scans yesterday at MRI plus and was most impressed with the service from start to finish . I was booked in for a lumbar spine scan and was then offered a hip scan at no extra charge as they thought that I would benefit from this . They also went above and beyond what was necessary to make me feel comfortable as I suffer from claustrophobia. The manager at reception was amazing . I explained that I needed the scan by Friday Midday which was not even 48 hours . To my amazement i received the scans today at 3pm . Wonderful service from start to finish . If I could give them more than 5 stars I would ! Highly recommend them .

I had multiple MRI scans for my spine and head at MRI Plus Hendon in December for myself and another very recently for my mom, and I must say it was a good experience. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring my comfort throughout the process. The clinic itself was well-maintained and properly equipped. The technicians were good as well, explaining each step and answering all my questions with patience. The waiting time was minimal, and the overall environment was calm and reassuring. The manager, Simon was very helpful throughout and assisted me to further treatments of my conditions. Would highly recommend anyone for MRI scans.

What a place to get your scans done . They are super friendly and calm and give you an extra reassurance . I went in on Sunday and the team were brilliantThe radiographer who did the scan called Mrs Binda Kumar who was very knowledgeable, professional and calm and explained to me everything and was keep reassuring me while I was under the scan , she is really a great treasure for this place . The reception team front desk also was absolutely brilliant lady and really professional and helpful . I can not recommend them enough , they are must go to and their prices are so reasonable not crazy like Harley st where I worked half of my life and is just the name but nothing more .. thank you to you all Sunday team as you made my journey from relax and comfortable

Useless experience. I booked and paid for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, reception calls to tell me they are not open at the time I have booked but it is a fault with their online booking.I asked for a refund and am now being ignored and left to wait for £200 and no contact.When I try to call, I get a useless answer service where they have no idea about anything but can only note your name and number and request a call back....some time! Ergh!

Great value, friendly staff, I turned up early not knowing what the traffic would be like and I was treated immediately. Nice simple process and I was looked after throughout. Would recommend 100%

Fast & Efficient service with friendly/patient staff. Reasonably priced compared to other MRI centres + reports sent earlier than promised. Keep it up

Receptionist was very polite and helpful (haven’t seen someone like this in a long time to be honest). Staff members were also really helpful and told me to exclude the MRI that I didn’t need to get done! Procedure was really fast and everything was just perfect, now I am just waiting for the radiologist report. Highly recommend
