I was very disappointed. They cut your dry hair. I wanted a checkered haircut. I didn't get that haircut. My hair is not straight. I would have cut my hair much better myself.

I use to go to keighley , but unfortunately once I been and she was not in, a lady named Donna was very rude and she refused all clients , rubbish so I came back after seeing horrible situation…apart of it keighley and Lesley are awesome……

I would rate 0 stars. Lady working there is very rude. She cut both ears of my son. My son is 3 years and was upset and she wasn't letting me hold his hand saying I know what I am doing ".Very unacceptable behavior. Don't bring your children there."
