I went here to get a car through the Motability scheme and would definitely recommend going here. We were helped by Sarah Bartram and she was absolutely excellent. She was extremely friendly and got my Motability application done very quickly. I picked up my car today and couldn't be happier, and Sarah showed us how everything worked before we went. We even got a coffee and a biscuit while getting the paperwork done. I can't thank them enough for getting me a lovely car so quickly!

I placed my order with Jaime Nicol who explained everything that we needed to know and then completed all the remaining paperwork and arranged collection of my car through Sarah Bertram. Friendly staff at the Inverness hyundai store were fab. It's the first time I've bought my car on my own and the sales rep Ross was really helpful and made the whole experience very relaxed and simple. The car was immaculate and is in great condition. Very pleased with my choice.

Fantastic experience from ordering car to collection of it. The sales lady was so knowledgeable about the car, and very customer focused and empathetic to my individual needs. An amazing effective communicator by phone/email or face to face. Nothing was any trouble for this young lady, she went beyond the call of duty to get the car I wanted. I was so impressed, she is a very valuable team member to all at Hyundai in Inverness. She is kind and caring dedicated to the job she does. Amazing service from Sarah B throughout the whole process. The handover with Ashley was fantastic. Was treated like I was the only customer the whole time. Friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. And the car is great as well. Would have been hard to be much better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. Got car just under 4 months ago, was a nightmare with that getting it brought up here after being told wouldn’t be that long took nearly 3 weeks. Management didn’t apologise once and had to chase them up constantly. Car wouldn’t start yesterday completely malfunctioning inside with lights flashing. Go to shop and to be greeted by people who really couldn’t care again. Management noticed us as only one in shop didn’t come over again to apologise as they were standing about drinking coffee. Basically told to just phone a number myself and sort it out. Had to get car towed back and walked in and stood for five minutes while management stood down bottom watching football on tv. Yet again no apology from staff or being helpful just a “don’t care attitude” made to feel like an absolute bother to them. Asked for a courtesy car as two young kids, have work etc to be told can’t have one as the service part closed. Asked to speak to management as was very upset with customer care, to be spoken down to by Cliff trying to make excuses constantly. ( opposite person when you go in buying car..promising you it the best place and will look after you) left in tears and very upset. Would not recommend to buy from here or even entertain them plenty of other garages which actually know what customer service is.

I required a new car for my new job. I visited 3 garages that day prior to walking into Hyundai and the welcome I received from walking through the front door to working with Sarah Bartram to get what is now my dream car was faultless. Sarah made me feel totally at ease not having bought my own car for 6 years and only ever using company cars I spent the day so far feeling silly for the budget I had or the type of car I liked for the budget I had. However, when I said to Sarah I like the Tuscon then mentioned my budget instead of telling me “you won’t get that with the budget you’ve got” like other garages did that day, she gently steered me towards the Kona when she understood my needs, what I done for a job, how much city driving I would do, how many miles I would do etc I’ve walked away with a car I absolutely love because of her! When we collected the car she ensured everything was explained on how to work it she set up everything I required and the nice final touch Hyundai Inverness done is the manager came over to check we were happy with everything before leaving. Genuinely cannot recommend Hyundai Inverness enough.
