Lovely family run guest house I was very happy with the owner he's a great guy would always stay if in Scotland again. Loved the room warm and bed soft as feathers thank you

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room or at least in a communal area would be a benefit

Anne and Kenny are a most hospitable and welcoming couple. Its like 'coming home' when you stay with them. Nothing is too much. Kenny's breakfasts are terrific and filling whilst Anne will give you the low down on where to visit, what's going on and where to find the craic. Alison House is located close to a bus route into Town. Ive been coming here from 2015.

Avoid these! Taking money and one day before accomodation cancel because of flooded room. Never back money and lie that we were there!

after been let down by onslow guesthouse (overbooked) this place was only two mins away ,very nice place,friendly staff and willing to help out ,most recomended,the wife and me only stayed one night but will defintely consider returning. mr & mrs R jesse.
