Useless if you get Lauren sorting you out good luck she is awful at her job. Promises you all these nice things that i would get a job so be holding out for it I email her everyday doesn't even bother replying whats the update.If I could would give no stars

It was very nice to work with Mploy. I worked here for one year. All the agents are so nice with me, mainly Lauren and Marcos are the best. Evey single day they tried to call me for giving me shift and after shift they text me about the shift that i felt good or bad. They are the best agency in Bournemouth. I really gonna Miss Mploy.

I was contacted by Amy about a role as she had seen my CV online. She was polite and professional, always did as she said she would and kept me up dated about everything. I was offered the job and would definately recommend her as a recruiter.

I honestly cannot put into words just how amazing MPloy have been!After a job fell through at the last minute I found myself without a job and with a family to support I needed to find a job. I received an email via Indeed notifying me of a job that matched with the skills and previous job roles from my CV! I applied as I had done with many other vacancies with different companies.Lauren got back to me within 24 hours of me applying - she arranged an interview for the next day and kept me informed of every step of the process - both before the interview and then every step after being offered the job.On the lead up to starting my new job role she would either email or text me to ensure I was ready for my new venture and would ask if I had any questions. I got contacted by Amy a couple of weeks ago after uploading my CV on Reed. She helped me secure a job offer, helped me during each step of the process, and listened and guided me when I had questions about the job offer. I'm grateful Mploy contacted me!

I applied for a job through Mploy in Bournemouth, a member of staff called Amy handled the process.After I successfully passed the interview, I was offered the job, and started working for the company the week after.After 4 days in work, I was shocked to find out the company requested me to complete multiple strict background checks that were not mentioned to me anytime during talks with the agency or during the interview and prior to starting work.All the excitement of getting the job was gone. I was declined the job 4 days after I started working.I turned down 3 other good job offers that same week I started the new job, this was really upsetting and disappointing, I was left jobless again just like that.The Mploy agency staff called Amy asked me to pop around the agency in Bournemouth as she informed me that she had many temporary jobs" she could hook me up with while I search for a new job role all over again.After coming to the Mploy agency and filling out about +20 pages asking me for many of my details

What a wonderful Team. Amy and Shannon great people. Fantastic communication skills. From day one they have never given up . I have always received a call and emails are always responsed to. They have allowed me to have my dream job and pressed me into my dream career. Not only am I happy, they have made my children feel so happy and proud of their mom. Theses individuals should get a bonus in their pay. Their work is extremely wonderful . So friendly and understanding . Thank you so much I truly appreciate what you have done for me. .

I was concted by Amy about a vacancy, she then arranged for me to attend this interview and I can't fault her service! Outstanding and extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions! And I got the job! Really happy with her support!

Literally useless and wasted my time. Got a call from Marcus after applying for a job through Mploy, he asked what I’m looking for, availability etc, said he’d get back to me. This was the day before the Jubilee weekend. Nobody ever called me back, and i just got an email that i was not selected for the job that i was never even offered an interview for.

I have been working with them for almost 4 months and it’s been amazing. They have a wonderful team and Lauren has been amazing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for job opportunities in the UK.
