I have used Thurrock Digital on two separate occasions with 2 separate iPhones, and can state that I have never received better customer service than what this company provided me.When you compare the service you receive when you approach a larger business for assistance, the difference is alarming. Thurrock Digital explained everything to the finest detail, and resolved my issues in swift fashion.I would recommend this service to anyone.

Sooooo happy with Thurrock Digital . I had a cassette tape with some songs on it that were very special to me , the tape lasted brilliantly but I no longer had a tape recorder to play it on . Thurrock Digital successfully transferred it to a cd for me .I’m thrilled to be able to play the music again . Fantastic service and very friendly.I also used them when I wanted my wedding video converted onto dvd . Was lovely to watch seeing some very special people and being able to hear their voices again was fantastic.Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Once again I called on Thurrock Digital to sort out multiple issues with my old Dell computer. To save me the trouble of disconnecting the tower, he was only too happy to come to my home to do the repairs. After only a short time, all lost files restored and the system working at a much better speed. Whilst here, I gave him some old video tapes which he has now digitally transferred back to me. Excellent quality considering their age.I have recommended Thurrock Digital to several friends who all say they received the same excellent service that I have always received, and at such reasonable cost.Thanks and keep up the good work.

I should have been playing golf, however, I had made a complete mess of my computer so I called in Thurrock Digital and a time and cost was arranged. First class service. Graham arrived set to work on the mess I had made. What I liked was he kept me informed with the corrections he was making. A very pleasant person to talk to. Next to no time and my computer was up and running once again. Excellent job well done, value for money and I will be informing my friends of Thurrock Digital and of cause they will be my first port of call when next required. Being 87 I am sure it will not be long.Brian

Not professional at all, does not even read your message properly. No actual address to refer back to should you have any after sales questions. Would not recommend under any circumstances unless you want to deal with someone who hides their information.
