Ullapool Laundry Services

Not friendly. They were open but refused to wash our stuff and didnt even help us find something else.

They're very busy with the amount of tourism in Scotland at the moment, so they're not doing self service, but are doing a wash, dry, and fold for £10, and they even separated our underwear into a different bag when they were done. The woman that served me was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Staying in Ullapool, we made phone contact about service. They agreed and when we showed up 15 minutes later, they claimed they were too swamped to do it. When we mentioned we had just talked to them, they honored their word. In by 10, out by 4. Suggestion? Go in early or give them over night to do it. Quality was excellent.

In desperate need of a laundry and I found this one in Ullapool. Phoned first to make sure all OK, took washing there at 9.30 am and it was ready for collection 3pm. Smelling fresh, nicely folded, service with a smile. Thank you. PS don't forget that while they can accommodate service laundry, they are essentially a commercial laundromat, so it may not always be possible for same day service if they are busy.

Although very busy, staff were pleasant and helpful. Washing returned neatly folded needing very little ironing - just what you need on holiday. Thanks.

Things were going okay for several months doing our weekly holiday rental laundry, save for the occasional hole in a towel or button ripped off a duvet, but then Kirsty decided one day not to take in our laundry any more with immediate effect, at the point that my house keeper had driven 45 mins to drop it off. I couldn’t believe it.Kirsty did this because she was frustrated that house keeper couldn’t always take it on the same day each week due to being a carer who works shifts that are allocated weekly, and the buttons on some of our bedding made their life more difficult. However, it was the fact that we were given no notice that really upset us as it left us stranded during the school holidays, it’s not a professional way to treat others

I cannot praise this business and staff highly enough, they have been a life saver. Washing done brilliantly, dried perfectly and exceptionally good value. We used this as a emergency place but are now going to be regular weekly customers because of the service, just shows you using local companies is best.

Very busy place and staff have a very poor attitude but this could be due to the workload.Clothes came back smelling stale and not cleaned properly. Would not recommend or use again.*Update* My laundry was not lying in a bag in a hot car, I packed the bag prior to dropping off and in regards to me asking for the wash to be done quickly that is a complete untruth as I actually said I was in no rush and fit it in when you can so I did not add to your busy workload.I did not requested a discount for my washing and there was indication from you that I got my washing at discount cost when I collected it, I was happy to pay you the cost of the laundry
