If you are traveling to the Tribunal from outside the area allow an extra 30 minutes to travel from Newcastle Centre. If traveling by train, arriving at Newcastle Central Station go into the Metro Station, purchase a ticket to Meadow Well. Get a northbound train 1 stop to Monument. Transfer to the Coast line for 9 stops. Get off at Meadow Well and it's a 10 minute walk south to the tribunal. Traveling by car is easier and there are plenty of parking spaces. There are drinks/snacks vending machines but it's a 10 minute walk to Royal Quays Outlet Centre to buy sandwiches and drinks at lunchtime.
