Very impressed with their customer service- got picked up on the motorway by my breakdown service on a snowy Saturday afternoon, called auto car service and they were willing to help. Checked the car straight away, sourced the part needed and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. They even made sure me and my cat were in a warm room and gave me a cup of tea. Would highly recommend- very lovely people :) thanks again!

I had my car serviced at this place yesterday, and it broke down today. I don't blame them for car fault, but I blame them for not noticing and fixing the problem even though I reported it.They told me to go on the motorway, which is what I've done and the car broke done.140£ for towing, lots of stress which could be saved if someone would take a look at my car properly.I can't recommend it.

Excellent, honest, friendly mechanic. We called Friday lunchtime and he was able to fit us in for that afternoon. He did an oil change and alternator change. Great price, would definitely recommend.

I needed a new Clutch urgently and Ali replaced it with short notice and at a reasonable price! Ali was very friendly and even worked over the weekend to get my car ready for a big work trip I had coming up. Thank you!

Honestly i will give 5 star , i never seen honest, reliable and friendly staff like this in Bristol.. they give you chance to know exactly what the problem . No cheating on price or parts , i did change the break , disc and pads less than 2 hours with free cup of tea and meal and big smile

Very good mechanic! He changed the clutch and he gave me all the receipts. Super efficient, he did the job in two days!Highly recommended!
