My first time using this dealership for a service. Firstly when you enter there was nobody there to welcome me I had to walk around until I found someone myself. Eventually exchanged my car for a hire car and was rushed into getting off the small carpark as other cars were trying to enter. Later checked hire car which was covered in mud on the inside and had not been cleaned!!On collection of my own car was told it was washed and vacuumed as they normally do with all customers but found that wasn't true at all. Overall very unprofessional and bad customer service. Seems like they were only concerned with people buying new cars. Won't be returning here again will take my money elsewhere!!!

What a great experience from start to finish. I was dealt with by a lovely lady called Anzeela and if anyone else needs a motability car I would highly recommend you ask for her. She has helped put my anxiety at ease as soon as I came into the dealership and has been amazing throughout the whole experience, she has made it very easy to sort out and I got very lucky they had the car I wanted when I first came. The rest of the staff are lovely and very welcoming aswell, lovely and warm clean dealership I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're after a Seat car.

Awful customer service. Was dropping off a car for service, my husband managed to find a space on the small car park, I, however had to park on the road in order to take him back as we was leaving the car there. My husband then couldn't give the key to anyone because no one was around and then a couple of people walked straight past him.Whilst waiting for him in our other car...not blocking the entrance to the car park...another car pulled on (without issue) but as he did so he shook his head at me. Then he proceeded to park having found a space and continue to huff and puff whilst walking into Seat, he then purposely looked at my licence plate noting it down. All this time my husband is waiting still to give over the key to the car. I was shocked to find out that this guy worked at Seat. I had to wait for my husband to come out so I could speak to the guy because I had our baby in the car.Finally after 20 minutes when my husband came back out, I went inside to speak to the guy but shock there was no one around and they was all in their offices talking. I asked somebody else who was accessible if they worked there however she said she was also waiting and was a customer. I eventually left but managed to also note his licence plate.On top of that the guy who eventually spoke to my husband made negative comments about the car and what they could and couldn't do. Appalling customer service and general behaviour.

I really enjoyed my time at this dealership, beautiful show room. Anzeela Elyas was the staff member that i was dealing with, she was amazing and really put out all the stops for me and my father as we negotiated for my new vehicle. She did her best to try and cater to every question. She listened and was proactive about sorting any worries or issues we had with the vehicle. I am happy now with my car and will definitely have this dealership in mind in the future

Went into the Stourbridge branch on Sunday and was with Bailey and he was fantastic. Very friendly, easy to deal with, knowledgeable and helped me pick out my new car. Answered all my questions and explained everything really well.Highly recommended and made me feel very comfortable during my time there.

Customer service?? My 22 plate Ateca has been in now 2 times for the same thing issue still unresolved. I was told I would get a call yesterday to book it in again. Still no call. The horn is not working on my car which means it will fail an MOT making it unroadworthy.Several phone calls unanswered.Waste of time and effort! This is our 3rd seat but I think it’s time for a change!! Shocking!

Very disappointed with the service department at Seat Arbury Stourbridge. We contacted them when our Seat engine warning light came on which we reported within the warranty period. Due to the New Year holiday period the service department was closed so we were advised by a member of staff at the showroom to contact Seat Assist who came out and gave advice. When Stourbridge Arbury reopened they stated that because of the circumstances they would honour the warranty which had ended on 31/12 but could not book the car in till a week later. After we dropped it off they announced we were out of the warranty period and refused to carry out the work without payment. Reluctantly we paid for a new sensor intending to claim back in small claims court if necessary but within days the problem returned.Having lodged complaint with Seat Arbury their customer service was, at best non existent, verging on obstructive and rude palming us off to Seat HQ .After weeks of frustrating calls and emails we took our car to an independent garage to found that Seat Arbury Stourbridge had changed the wrong lambda sensor and had sent the sensor system into meltdown, one sensor saying the mixture was too rich the other too thin. The vehicle failing an MOT emission test spectacularly.Only through the vehicle ombudsman were we able to reclaim money lost.Sorry Seat Arbury, your service was disgraceful, this whole episode has taken 7 months to sort out and could have been sorted so easily had you honoured the warranty.Seat Lister in Worcester we have found since, have a better service department and customer service there has been excellent. If I could give zero stars I would!!

Difficult to get the information that you need when buying a vehicle from this place,I knew more information than the sales person,They know about the financial services more than the cars.If you intend to buy a car from these people be aware you needed to the work yourself.
