Help Heat Ltd

Hi I recently had Help Heat to install my boiler, the initial contact was good and was promised every thing I wanted, however things went wrong the day boiler was to be fitted.1st a different boiler was supplied supposed to be better than one originally agreed, 2nd fitter not happy where boiler was to be install, checked house for the best place to instal, he decided cupboard under stairs,Fitter started work without a dust sheet down drilled through wall for outside vent without closing doors, dust everywhere also track about house with dirty shoes, left 4 hours later having to be asked to take old boiler away did not tidy up after them.Electrician arrived unable to fit thermostat as wrong thing delivered, correct thermostat ordered after a few days new electrician arrived 8pm here till after 12 midnight as he could not get things to work, next day my power supply was off due to a fault by the electrician, had to get him back in all electrician was out three times.We also had to get the fitter back due to a leak the system had to be drain leak fixed however we lost the inhibitor through system being drained.I asked for a visit as I was not happy Help heat where reluctant to come out, Patrick eventually came to house spoken with my husband agreed a small discount, I years free boiler check and new inhibitor, Patrick also said he would complete our warranty certificate, he took the form anyway, I have not seen it back nor the inhibitor, I am unsure if we have been registered with Worcester but the company have been paid and do not return emails nor answer telephone call sorry not a happy customer

Help Heat replaceced my old regular Heat only boiler with a new combi, also installed a nest learning thermostat very helpful staff and very competitive quote.Would recommend them to family and friends engineer and elocutricion were top quality.Great job thanks again guys...
