Argos Glasgow Fort
We visited this store today to exchange a faulty Samsung Galaxy tab S7 FE, that we had bought for our 16 year old daughters christmas. Two of the LED backlights were faulty, and we were within our 30 day refund/exchange time.The attitude of the geriatric staff member who dealt with us (name on receipt said Christine) was shocking. She was rude, argumentative, verbally aggressive and obstructive. This was infront of our 16 year old daughter who is autistic. All we wanted to do was exchange it because it was faulty? It was a christmas present.Next time, we will just order direct from Samsung. Its a wonder anybody still shops in these places. We definitely won't be back.

The Argos store is a cheap and good store to order online. There is a huge parking lot. At Argos you can also order products using catalogs or self-service screens. The service is nice and serves quickly.

Argos Glasgow Fort
A lady and myself stood up to collect our items as we were called. Our items were on the shelf. We waited at the desk for about 10mins with about 6 members of staff wandering around aimlessly, glancing at us and continuing on. We actually had to ask to be served.

Argos in glasgow fort its self is a great shop but argos overall is atrocious i tried to order my grand daughter a pushchair and out of 37 stores not 1 of them had it in stock, if i wanted it i had to travel to galashiels in the border but they wood not deliver it from there, not exactly the nearest shop to travel to x

Argos Glasgow Fort
Had an issue with a laptop which I have owned for just under one year. Initially dealt with manufacturer who told me to take it in to store.Dealt with Michelle (manager) who took the time to understand the issue and resolve it to my satisfaction.Michelle was professional and friendly and provided great customer service which you do not get very often these days.Thanks Michelle and Argos.for rectifying this for me.

Find Argos great to shop at. I have found that if I have any issues with items they refund or replace no problem. Email receipt service is great for those who might lose their physical copy.

Arrived to get my online purchases, came into the store, and the usual carnage regarding the line for online and pickup zones, not a great experience on that and will probably get worse. The chap that served me was nice and friendly, but the above needs sorting as felt I was skipping the line.

Absolutely huge shop floor in this branch but they also seem to have really good stock depth. Quite often this store will keep things that the inner Glasgow branches have sold out on. Staff are friendly. Store is clean and well run
