Popped in here for lunch before going with family to pantomime at Wimbledon theatre. My wife is in a wheelchair and disabled toilet on ground floor was out of order. Main toilets were on first floor up 2 flights of stairs. Main entrance door has sign to ring bell for disabled assistance .No bell!! Then remove sign.Member of public passing helped keep door open. A true gentleman. Above points need to be addressed.Staff helpful.

Went during lunchtime quite busy, the food was top notch! I ordered fillet burger and hot wing’s didn’t get disappointed. The staffs were polite and friendly! Definitely will come back.

The staff are super friendly and the service is very quick. Easily one of the, if not the, best KFC I’ve been to in England. Will go out of the way to return here again. Rina and Raja offer customer service beyond any expectations.

A while ago KFC was doing this Tuesday special offer for £5.99 where you get 9 pieces of chicken.Since it was an offer, you sadly can't choose which part of the chicken you get.As I said good fried chicken is always the right timing as well as luck.Unfortunately, the chicken was a bit dry.

Terribly slow service and probably understaffed. Was craving some spicy wings and had the patience to wait 30 minutes to finally order through the machines as cashier was gone missing. No tissues so had to wipe with my mask and some drunken teenager vomited in the toilet so it was no good

KFC wimbledon has changed, the service has changed for the worst, we have been met with you workers and some of our orders missing and when we go back to ask nicely, they make it a war with you. The tango I got served was not sweet just the bottom of the fiz left and if you know that tastes nasty, I didn't even end up complaining I just left it as after a busy day at work it's not worth it with KFC in wimbledon, All the other KFCs we been to have had great customer service even if they have made a mistake. There's one nice Asian lady in wimbledon KFC I could not fault her she's been amazing and has understood and made sure we were OK.

Great food, plenty of sitting place. Automatic order machines too, and nice staff members. This branch has it all. One of the best in the area. Also, kfc usually has great deal in their app.
