Mike carried out a thorough survey, accompanied by numerous photos, for us on a property we intended to purchase.His valuation of the property was supported by the cost per square metre of several neighbouring properties and a well argued rationale to take back to the selling solicitors. We had a long phone call with Mike where he answered all our questions.The survey and follow up report were quickly delivered and allowed us to avoid an expensive mistake - great value and excellent service.

David remained assisting providing me practical advise and cross checking the feedback the seller provided till I decided to drop the first transaction. We've used Mike Kidder twice now for a home survey. The survey's themselves were easy to understand and felt like he really went through each detail of the house, including items it never occurred to us to look at ourselves. It was even followed up with a phone call to talk through the house some more.It did feel like Mike was really on our side on the buying process, making sure were fully informed.
