Bought carpet from the old site on portrack lane and have returned to their new location in Stockton near Asda, b&m and the range. They have two floors now and now sell sofas as well as beds and flooring. Excellent company to deal with from start to finish, from getting measured up to having my carpets fit. Always plenty to choose from and having looked in franks, carpetright etc, definitely the cheapest! I’ll be back

Absolutely useless companyOrdered a bed and was told it’d be delivered today. Got a call less than an hour before the delivery time to be told it’s out of stock for another 8 weeks. Attempted to order a second bed that comes with a free mattress, was told the advert is wrong and the mattress isn’t included. Was told in order to cancel I had to provide my order number on my conformation email. Surprise surprise, they never sent a confirmation email either. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hands doing. Don’t even bother trying with this company.

Honestly placed a post on Ingleby Notice Board in search for a carpet fitter having been let down by SCS. Lee from LA Flooring rang me immediately and recommended United carpets in Portrack Stockton. Within a 50 min time frame of posting , making a journey to United Store all within two weeks of Christmas , we not only got a carpet but free fitting 6 days before Christmas and at a fraction of the price.The service in the store was outstanding. Thank you to Lee from LA Flooring for recommending and to the two lads in the store, truly inspirational.

Nice quality carpets and decent prices but fell down on customer service. Greeted with could you put a mask on" and overlooked thereafter whist tending to other customers who arrived after us. Thankfully the customer service at Carpet Right was more friendly and we purchased our carpets from there. They were similarly priced but more deserving of our custom based on our experience."

Very poor service, in the shop staff and the fitters.Not recommend.. please everyone very carefull about the measurement they order extra boxes and the fitter not bring all boxes.. very very poor service..

Bought some carpets and vinyl and the staff were great, really helpful in store and were not pushy like other places. Due to issues with workmen in my house the guys had no issues in rearranging the fitting. Even the carpet fitters have done a brilliant job and made my house feel like a home again! Will definitely visit again and have already recommended them!

Very poor customer service and the fitters have yet to finish my flooring 4 months on. The fitter is terrible and my floor isn’t fitted correctly with big gaps around my kitchen fireplace and doors. Still waiting for bars to go across my kitchen when they should have cut it correctly in the first place. Bars are only there to cover the terrible work which will now make it look odd. Spent nearly 4 grand including fitting and I’m so disappointed. The shop have not taken any responsibility for recommending the fitter and have done nothing. Please don’t go here and I would not recommend
