Steve came out to fix my bust exterior water pipe on an emergency call. Very professional and nice person. He called me the next day and said as it didn't take long to fix he didn't want to charge me. A nice gesture after a very professional job well done.

I called with an emergency as my heating wasn’t working for a few days and I was slowly freezing at home. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get it fixed in just a couple of hours since my call! Thank you very much for such a great service, amazing value and the super fast response!! Such a nice experience. Highly recommended!

We had a few calls to Preferred plumbing and had two very nice men who came on respective jobs - Iain firstly and then Darryl?Thank you for helping to resolve our two issues.The latest call was to fit a new toilet cistern within an enclosed setting, without damaging the housing/wood. Darryl the plumber, took great care with adapting the flush button within part of the old flush button ( new one was smaller), to fit it as neatly and carefully as possible. We both appreciated his patience and diligence with the completion of the work.

Unfortunately when I arrived to our office on Monday morning we were greeted with a puddle of water where our tap decided to start leaking over the weekend.Within an hour or calling Preferred, Evan was on site, the tap was replaced, the water was hoovered and mopped up and the invoice was less then quoted over the phone.I have since called Steve out to replace our boiler due to it leaking gas and yet again they were cheaper then originally quoted.I cannot thank them enough, they were on time, tidy, well mannered and extremely well priced.Thanks again guys.

Steve and his team moved a radiator for me, installed 2 bathroom cabinets with light fittings and hang up mirrors and paintings. They did an excellent job. Very friendly and helpful. Apart from the big jobs they came to do, they were happy to do small jobs such as paiting marks off the walls and moving a chunky armchair up the stairs for free. I will use them again.

I highly recommend Preferred Plumbing and Heating. Steve and his team are very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service and advice. They helped to put new gas central heating throughout our house. I would certain use their service for any future work!

Had a new boiler installed and old hot water tank removed. Steve and the team were fantastic. Even coming out on a Sunday for an emergency. Always on time. Communication was great - they explained really well what they were going to do and when. Neat and tidy too. Will be getting them back in to fit my kitchen next. Thanks!
