This shop used to be great when the owner worked in there but the new man is rude and abrupt so I go else where which is a shame because I liked it there before

The most horrible place to sent or collect parcel. Owners very rude and unpleasant, don't recommend at all

I'm sorry but this day in age and a newsagent doesn't take card payment, what a joke. I knows there is a cash machine in side but you don't always want a tenner to buy a paper. And when you do the staff then have the cheeck to ask if you got the correct money as there running low on change.

Do not use for Evri or Delivery parcels as you cannot collect during the day apart from 5:45pm weekdays or after 4pm Sunday which doesn't make sense when most people may only be free during the day weekdays or at weekends and not in the evening. Shop owner didn't make any sense as was told couldn't collect parcel but he did allow me to collect today. Will be using elsewhere!!

Even Zero star would be too much for you. Since owner has changed, it became a terrible place. New owners act like they do you a favour. Came to collect my parcel today and woman shopkeeper didn't know how to do it. She said 'wait for my husband' after 15 min of waiting another customer was asked to wait as well to get her cigarettes. 'husband' finally came, gave her cigarettes and left. I asked what about my parcel. He said 'I' m on my break' and left. I said to that woman that is not acceptable. It takes only 30 seconds to scan the parcel. But she said 'you wait or come back at 4 pm'. It was 1PM! And i was already waiting.1st of all, please learn how to use your stuff if you do parcel collections2.'you wait' its not nice even for me, not native english speaker.I will never come back here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Complaint sent to UPS as well.

Customer service was exceptional, went to drop a parcel off it wasn't working the manager called me within the hour to sort out the problem, fantastic service

Nice little shop, good range of snacks, chocolate, lottery, cards etc. Just sometimes the shopkeepers can be so slow when serving so you would be stood there for 5 mins or more.

Great little shop .. plenty of conveniences and extras you wouldn't expect inc toys tools small DIY bits cards food etc

Very friendly staff plenty magazine's to choose from got what I wanted also sell dry goods and pet food would recommend this place .
