Excellent service. Rob came to measure up for shutters and spotted our windows were all odd designs and therefore the shutters wouldn’t line up neatly and would therefore look wrong from outside. We hadn’t even considered this but we’re really grateful for Rob’s honesty as it prompted us to re-think our plans. If he hadn’t given us this advice we would probably have just gone ahead with an order and then regretted it when it was too late !We ended up replacing our windows, as they were old but once replaced we had no hesitation in going back to place our order for the shutters.Long wait due to shipping delays from abroad but now fitted and we are delighted. Nice to support a local company and good to know they are on hand if we get any problems etcGot to say thank you to Rob and Connor who did the fitting. After getting a few quotes over the weeks we finally decided on Shutters and Blinds. Morris came to measure up from Salisbury and after some very good no pressure advise on colours and functionality, we chose The Seattle Range. A Ten week lead time seemed so long, but went so quick. Fitting day, perfectly undertaken by Rob, his years of experience showed, very tidy and knowledge to match, all kept going by Tea no sugar!! Highly recommended.. Thank you guys. Purchased a number of blinds from this company, who supplied and fitted them. We have now had 2 occasions where we had to call them back, as the blinds were not working correctly. The first time they had not fitted the correct part, and did refit this. The second time they said they wanted a £45 charge to come and fix the fault with the blind.

Really pleased with the installation of our shutters. Big delay because of covid19 but well worth the wait. Great service and value.

We have just had blinds fitted throughout our new house. The appointment service was great, with sensible advice not simply recommending more expensive options. We chose a mixture of wooden and aluminium venetian blinds and 'perfect fit' blindsCompetitively priced, fast turnaround from order to installation. Highly recommended. Thanks guys
