Airport under refurbishment however if the airport management came from behind their desks and actually walked through the chaos and poor set up in place they might see what utter unorganised chaotic set up it is. For a facility that takes vast sums of money the journey from the monorail or car park is awful

Greeted by cold and grey weather at Birmingham airport. Will miss Dubai. Otherwise it is OK. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Passengers are dealt with quite quickly. Some machines have issues with some passengers passports which are quickly dealt with by the staff. Luggage came quickly and in good order. Airport is less busy so passengers are dealt with quickly, maybe it will be different story when fully operational.

Birmingham Airport Station
Birmingham Airport is undergoing extensive rebuilding of the Security area, while keeping the airport functioning. This has greatly compressed the space available for present travellers. I am sure it will be worth the delays, queuing and general mayhem when it is completed, but at present it is not a good experience to get through to Security. Once through, the Departure Lounge is fine.

Easy parking in car park 1. We used the Express Lane to check in and looking at the queue it was worth the £5. In fact everything so far has been amazing, but we're not on the plane yet, so this may be subject to change. Tui staff at the airport need to be trained at the same place as the store staff, store staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. But wow what miserable unmannered people they are at Birmingham airport. I wonder if it's a case of now we have your money we don't have to be nice anymore!!! Shame on you Tui airport staff for letting the team down!

Pretty cool, I like the BHX airport. It's easy to navigate and plenty of opportunities to have a coffee or something to eat, ( vegan options too). Snacks or a meal. Lots of duty free gifts available too.

Great place easy access, security is tight but that's normal at the airport. Departures has lots of amenities.

Birmingham Airport is a lovely airport. Security check was quick and well organised.Good choices for eating. It was not too expensive to eat in the restaurant. Staff are friendly. Good space to walk around. There is building work going on at the moment. It's hard to find the departure/ security entrance.

Very busy due to 14 flights coming in together including the big one Emirates. Arrivals and departures very busy. Not helped with terminal expansion work ongoing. Car park cost £15.00 for 2 hours. Minimal amount of luggage trolleys available

Easy parking, fewer queues than most others. Quite a nice experience for a human processing centre.
