From start to finish I have been very impressed with this company. The lady in the office was very professional- explaining what I should expect and what the cost would be if I decided to use their services, The Pest Controller, Chris, phoned me from his vehicle confirming his expected time. When he arrived he was very professional - checking everything and explaining to me what the problem was, He didn’t mess about, he just got on with the job.Chris is returning next week to check the traps etc.I can certainly recommend Copleys and would go as far as suggesting they could teach a lot of other companies how to do business.

Our technician Scott kept us up to date with his arrival time. Upon arriving at our house he explained what he needed to do and was very efficient. Once done he told us what the next steps were. Great experience.

Scott provided an efficient, professional service. He was really friendly & reassuring; communication would have been excellent… had the office not given him a number that I specifically asked them not to used as a contact. Scott was extremely apologetic about this, despite it not being his fault. I would definitely use Copleys again, & would request that Scott be allocated my properties.

The inital call was efficient, with the price quoted before the technician was booked. Response time was 24hrs later. Paul was really friendly and knowledgeable, dealt with our wasp problem quickly and efficiently. Price was reasonable too. We would definitely recommend! Thanks :D

Scott Hannon came to our rescue, he was kind and understanding of the despair we as a family were in. He reassured us and cracked on with the job. He left us with allot of guidance based on his extensive experience, informed us what to expect in the coming days, and left making sure we didn't have any questions unanswered. Truly grateful to him.

Paul was amazing and definitely made us feel at ease, he explained every small detail of what will happen and what he was doing. He’s got a great sense of humour and we would highly recommend him for anybody. we are a young couple and he definitely made us feel better about the situation.

DO NOT USE!! Booked for a flea removal and was told it was booked but that we had to do a number of jobs to prepare for the service including washing ALL clothes, pet bedding, hoovering, mopping and pulling all furniture away from skirting board in the house. We specified we also had a baby in the house but the best they could give us was an arrival between 8am and 5pm. We then spent the day waiting til gone 5pm bearing in mind we’d been told we had to be out of the house for 3-4 hours after the service with a young baby. We rang multiple times and asked politely where the technician was and was told twice he was coming. We then gave up and deciders to call the following morning to find both our numbers had been blocked but got through using 141. Unbelievable. Shocking. Don’t bother
