Wow, customer service at its finest. The guys here were clearly very busy after the sunny Easter weekend but they took the time to look at my bike without prior booking and fixed a gear / chain problem for me, there and then. They also went above and beyond by adjusting my brakes whilst they were at it. They kept my young son entertained whilst they worked away and gave him chocolates as we left. Charged me for only 10 mins work. Outstanding. Will be coming back here for full services, etc. Thank you

This is because about 1 year ago I’ve been there to have my new bike put together, to have the new breakers, shifters and derailleurs installed. I can’t complain about the work done, but while my bike was there an accident happened and the new bespoke painted frame has got chipped. When I visited the shop to collect the bike i noticed a tension in the air and observed this friendly, kind, elderly gentleman whom I identify as the person that had did all the work on the bike, he was very nice to me and I sense some concerne in him at the same time, no one mentioned anything about the scratch until I noticed it while in front of the whom I presumed is the owner of the shop, at such moment the (owner/manager) he pointed his finger towards it and said quite aggressively “that didn’t happened in this shop” I shifted my eyes towards the elderly gentleman and only because I’ve noticed the trouble in his eyes I decided to not argue, just payed the bill and left. Clearing the garage this weekend I come across this bike and the paint chip which reminded me of all this experience. While I wish to thank to the elderly gentleman for the hard work I’ve been really discussed for the owner/manager approach and attitude.

Dropped my bike in for a general service and found the team to be extremely accommodating and helpful. Quick turnaround, good communication on what was needed and when it would be ready. Most importantly it felt like a new bike wen I got it back!! My only request would be one day of early or late opening as I'm in London every day and shop hours in the week don't allow much time to collect/drop if you can't work at home. Otherwise outstanding service, will be back

They were great. I am new to the area and took my bike to the Cyclelink with out an appointment. Rather than sending me back he run a quick check on it and since it was a minor problem fixed it on the spot. Would suggest them for sure, make sure you call in and get an appointment tho!

Popped in unannounced looking for help with a recently purchased second hand running pram. They were so helpful sorting it out, especially given this is well outside of their usual domain. Really recommend a visit to the shop, such friendly service and got right to the bottom of the issue very quickly. Thanks guys!

Andrew and his team have got me out of several tight spots. Once when I dropped the seatpost clamp down into the frame, and the only way to rescue it was to remove the bottom bracket (carefully) and reinstall. Fantastic service, fantastic expertise. And patience. Exactly what you need in a local bike shop.

Excellent service today from Andrew and team, Knowledgeable friendly staff and always that 'new bike' feel when you get it back from running repairs.

Andrew was a lifesaver! My wheels were stolen along with everything connecting them so I was left with only a frame! He rebuilt my bike within a day and I was back riding again by the weekend - great honest friendly service. I will definitely be back! He also recommended and fitted a new lock for me so fingers crossed i can keep my wheels this time!

If you need to read any reviews after looking at the deserved 5.0 star rating, I’d be surprised! As I say, fully deserved due to getting a proper diagnosis, an honest appraisal of treatment/work needed before being carried out, thorough and meticulous workmanship of servicing and a clear concise receipt of work carried out. Been back for a couple of small tweaks since, and all done swiftly. Had work done recently on both my bike and my wife’s and although I wasn’t aware of what my problems were beforehand, I have absolute confidence in what was needed to be done, and also in the quality of the work carried out. Would highly recommend Cyclelink to anyone needing their bikes looking after. Thank you Andrew and team.

Andrew is a real gentleman. He repaired my Cannondale synapse when I had an accident a couple of years ago, and most recently attempted to remove a stuck seat post from my mason definition. Alas he couldn't free it off, but did not charge for his services and gave me a tip on where to get it sorted so it's 5 stars from me.
