Jay Care Stairlift & Mobility

Excellent service received whilst looking for a mobility scooter for my dad. Paul was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable in ensuring we had the right scooter for our needs. He was keen to ensure that what we bought would be right for us rather than pushing to make a sale meaning the scooter we did purchase has transformed my dad's quality of life and meant he can do things now that he hasn't been able to do for years. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jaycare for any future assistance needs me or my family might have.

My mum was struggling badly and couldn't stand. There was a five hour wait for an ambulance and I was panicking. I rang Jay Care and they lent me a wheelchair for a couple of days without hesitation so at least I could get her to the loo. So very kind on my ohur of need

Jay Care have provided me with some equipment, to help me pre/after my hip surgery.The man who came to fix some items, was polite, helpful and passionate about his service/role.Well done Jay Care.

The advice I received from Jay care was extremely helpful. The physio gave me incorrect advice so it was great to get a second opinion fromLouise who is also an occupational therapist. She made suggestions after I explained what I required for me to be independent at home after being in hospital. They supplied equipment very quickly. I would recommend Jay care, they are extremely professional five star service. I will certainly contact them in the future for any other requirements.

Fantastic service from the 1st call through to fitting. Called last Monday to enquire about a chair for my Mum,received a call back within 10 minutes from the Director Paul and he came to see us the day after. Gave us lots of options,very cost efficient and suitable for our needs. Stair lift was fitted within the week,looks great,works well and has given Mum some freedom and control back to move around her home. Would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism, care and quality in all aspects of their business.Thanks again, D Graham

Daren at Jaycare what a legend, Dads scooter packed in and we were due to go on a family day out for my birthday, rang Jaycare and a quick call later Daren had a wheelchair for us sorted, whether your in a pickle or just need any mobility aids give Jaycare a shout 10/10 service
