Still waiting 3 months later for them to repair 3 broken windows and 3 slashed tyres. Keep saying the car won’t start but it started before they got their hands on it.

Faultless service! I bumped my brand new car and there was damage to the bodywork and trim , the team at AAS were beyond helpful. They make everything super easy and go above and beyond , all the work carried out was faultless. Plus, the response time and turn around to get my car back to me was so quick. I can’t thank the team enough, they made what could have been an extremely stressful situation a lot easier.Thanks again!

Firstly, the good news- I'm very pleased with the result and the car looks as good as new. On to the bad news- car was held for three weeks (I was initially told a week to ten days), plus there was almost a complete lack of communication throughout the process. It would be much better to ask for photos of damage in advance so appropriate parts can be ordered in, reducing waiting times for customers.
