John was absolutely fantastic sorted my electrical fault on my Hyundai, he explained everything to me and what needed doing to fix the problem. He even shuffled other jobs around me as it needed sorting as soon as possible and he knew I needed a reliable car as I work outside of Banbury. Would definitely recommend John , really decent guy. I was recommended John at JA Auto as I had problems with my dash warning lights and my car would not always start. John booked me in at short notice and I waited whilst he fixed the problem at a very reasonable price, he kept me well informed throughout and test drove my car before I left. Excellent service, AC stopped working, fitted me in at short notice and sorted the problem in just a couple of hours, friendly service and very clear and well explained detail of both the fault and the repair, will definitely use again, it's like a walk in freezer in the car now, perfect timing, it's June!
