Fantastic repair service, went in to replace the screen on my iPhone 11 pro, not only did they manage to repair it in 20 minutes but also they sold me a screen protector. The manager Corby was brilliant along with his staff.

Poor customer service. I took my samsung galaxy s21 fe into the shop, the owner told me he could fix it - he said he put a new screen on it - then it wouldn't charge so he apparently put a new battrey on the phone - then my screen wouldn't unlock and the owner told me that I was thick and forgot my pin. Eventually I had to do a whole factory reset on my phone! I still had major trouble with my phone. The owner of the shop had my phone well over a month and nothing was getting sorted, every time I asked about my phone he kept telling me, it was in london even though a different man had showed me my phone and refused to give it to me. The owner of the shop ali was constantly lying to me and broke my phone even more. When i took my phone to another phone shop ( Face it) they showed me how Ali had not put my phone back together, how the screen was such a cheap one, my phone was covered in glue and has lots of screws missing. One part of my phone even got snapped behind my screen. Disgusting customer service. Will be reporting to trading standers. So many peoples phones have gone back to them even more broken. Ali tried to tell me he would give me a free phone because he lied to me so much.

Wouldn't even rate them one star at this rate, took my partners phone here on 25th of march to get a new screen as his was cracked 30 minutes later they said it was done so I thought Awh okay I'm going to get it I picked it up and 20 minutes later i saw a crack in it I wondered how I've just paid £60 for this n screen protecter I went back and told them they said there's nothing they can do and then we then saw it was cracked under the screen protecter the screen protecter was fine how does that work ? They've obviously done something to tight for this to happen aswell a day after that lines started coming down the screen mind my partner is barely on his phone so how could he of done this himself I've emailed twice and nothing has been done but I will take it further if I don't hear back

Had my iPhone sorted here after going to a different shop who completely ripped me off and tried to keep charging me extra. Guys in FoneWorld were brilliant and even replaced the screws that the other shop didn't put back in. Better value for money and greats guys. Highly recommended

I chose this shop due to their previous good reviews. They replaced the shattered screen on my iPhone 6 today in less than the time it took to have a coffee in the coffee shop opposite. Very friendly & helpful staff, they even went above & beyond & gave me a bag to carry the takeaway cake I’d bought! I would definitely use them again if I needed a phone repair.

Had my iPhone 7 plus repaired here and was an excellent job. They offered 2 more months warranty than anyone else and they were £30 cheaper than everyone else. This is my new go to store from now on. Yeovil needed this! A++

I took my phone to have a new screen fitted and it was done very quickly and efficiently with friendly staff. I had to return today as had a few niggles with the phone, I wasn't sure if it had nothing to do with the screen replacement, but as soon as I explained the problem they knew exactly what was wrong and with my three month guarantee they were more than happy to sort it out for me no quibble. Fantastic service and would highly recommend the shop and staff.
