Tele Link Taxis

Super. Used them twice today to the train station and back. Arrived early knowing I had a train to catch and returned early for pick up. Super reasonable charges too and very friendly gentleman. Blessings.

Booked a taxi via the app, taxi was early and service was brilliant. Would definitely be using them again.

The booking service is fantastic, 24/7.All done very quickly over the phone, confirmed by a text message.

Constantly excellent service. The drivers are polite and efficient and the cost of the fares very reasonable.

Absolutely disgusting, its a shame iv used tele link 20+ years and today was the last. I lived right nxt to the original office and years ago they was all a friendly bunch, drivers and operators. However the call handler today was extremely rude, argumentative and lied about wait time, which seems to be a normal thing for them as of late, Gill sort the staff out, It cant be good for business. Uber/bolt here i come.

Mother in law 85 years old trying to get home SEVERELY let down by company she had used for over 20 years on regular basis.Booked at 4.50 for 5.30 pick up FAILED to turn up.Called assured on way about 10 mins text to confirm with vechile make and reg .Texted to say arrived must be INVISIBLE NO VECHILE HERE .Checked with office on way the link on here phone we checked it said it was cancelled.Rang office back AGAIN was told experiencing difficulties with system and all drivers and manager had been called back to the office .not a problem couldn't they talk directly to a driver to help a regular pensioner get home .No we were told APPAULINGWouldn't put through to Manager she said was there DO MOT USE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE

Rude customer service! The man on the phone doesn’t care and is insanely rude! Don’t book from them unless you would like to wait for 30 mins and still have no taxi. Two days in a row I have had no phone call or text stating the taxi driver is outside but they claim to have called. This has also happened to my 90 year old grandmother. They also will mess you around with the waiting time. Do not waste your time or money!

Over an hour wait in total grrr! Should be less after leaving an 80+ year old lady needing to return home for medication waiting at 1730 till about 1745 until we rang to get informed saying taxi has issues, then one apparently shown up with no sight then supposedly sent another saying 5-10mins and not here by 20mins for us to ring saying all drivers have been called back to office absolute shambolic customer service skills when asking for a supervisor for complaint. Even though we’re along serving customer.

Me and my family have used telelink for years, drivers are always lovely, the phone staff used to be super friendly, until they hired a wannabe gangster who always sounds high and speaks to people so rudely. He'll book a taxi for you knowing full well he can't send one. I used to spend hundreds a month with this company, but will never ever use them again.

I found first time driver was very very rude. He charge me extra money as well.
