Friendly and helpful staff from booking appointment on the telephone through to collecting the car back later that day. Kept informed of all processes and even had a nice coffee and biscuit on arrive at dealership.

Very disappointing service once you've parted with the money. Never received the car manual I was promised by the salesman. On two occasions, within a year of purchase, I have called with a query and not even received a call back. When I am now part exchanging the vehicle (with another dealership owned by Inchcape) I receive rude and discourteous manner and no promised email.Have bought a brand new Q7 and an S4 in last 8 years... not again.

Thank you Steve Watkins. This man is the hero of Audi Tetbury! I am an owner of a broken RS6. I couldn’t afford the prices to have it fixed. So i am doing it myself, except i wouldn’t be able if it wasn’t for Steve. You are a legend and a true advocate for the Audi Brand.!!

I have just purchased my 4th car through Audi Tetbury and once again received great service. Richard Hallett made the process very easy and spent time making sure I understood the figures and process completely before signing.The car took a while to be manufactured but I was kept updated throughout and I was super pleased with the car when it did arrive.The aftercare is sending to none and I feel I can call Richard or the dealership with any issues I encounter.Thanks once again for the super service.

My experience of some franchised dealerships of late has not been great so it was with some trepidation that I booked my 2 year old Audi in for its’; first service at Audi Tetbury.I am delighted to say that from the outset it was completely refreshing and professional - Sarah dealt with my initial booking and I was looked after by Leanne on the day. I have nothing but praise for both the staff I encountered and the service provided by all - as I consequence I have already been very happy to recommend Tetbury others to 3 of my friends who had unfortunately been equally disappointed with others recently. Very many thanks to all!

I arrived for my headlight recall appointment at 9.55am on 15/09.The receptionist offered me to take a seat while she informed my agent Paige that I had arrived.At 9.10am Paige was located and approached me to request that I join her at her desk without making any apology for keeping me waiting.I found that rather unprofessional to say the least.We discussed what work would be carried out and I brought to her attention the email that I had sent highlighting the issues with the car that I had noticed in the car which is still under warranty and to which Paige dismissed as being outside the Tetbury Audi dealership remit.Not a good start to say the least.I returned at the agreed time and was greeted by Paige walking out of the showroom.I waited in the central customer lounge and on her return Paige went directly to her desk and shouted over for me to join her.As I work in hospitality I found her attitude appalling.The recall was completed together with the mini valet - although on checking I was surprised that the boot hadn't even been hoovered.Two stars is generous in my opinion.

In a world where impersonal or non-existent service is more the norm, this experience reminded me what excellent customer service should be like.
