Horrible surgery usually the wait time is 20 -25 minutes but yesterday I was late and only 5 minutes and the receptionist didn’t let us check in. And today I wait around 40minutes and the said the dr is running late it’s not their fault. So if you’re 5 minutes late they’ll see you but if they’re late they don’t even apologise. Horrible service I wish I can find some go in my area

TRACY is the best reception staff I had ever seen in V sharma surgery Wexham road, Slough. She is brilliant and extremely talented who can understand patients issues and concerns very well and resolve the issues at the earliest. I don't hesitate in recommending and giving her good reviews and feedback. She is very honest and her customer service is simply exceptional.....

Doctors are nice; receptionists and pharmacists are unprofessional, rude and indifferent. People like that shouldn’t be working with patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. My 20month old has been suffering with chronic diarrhoea for 2 months. The hospital and private healthcare have asked many times for them to make urgent referrals. The GPs just talk over you and don't actually help, not making any referral at all. When my son had a seizure at 14months the practice manager was meant to put an urgent referral for him back then and I'm still waiting for it to materialize. Just say come back if it persists which I have done and the vicious circle continues. The lady on reception refuses to book an appointment for the next day despite my concerns and has asked me to drive to the surgery the next day to be more likely to get an appointment. This surgery needs to be shut down as the level of care is disgusting.

Receptions are not helpful at all, just rude and as my doctor was ill, they kept the appointment with the nurse and it was a waste of time, they advised me to use home remedies as an option for my skin eg.toothpaste on my acne!

Rude receptionists, nonexistent F2F appointments and not really great digital systems. This practice has not moved to the post COVID era of online booking and seamless patient systems. The primary doctor Dr. Veena stopped having F2F consultations a while back. All in all, avoid this GP practice.

Update: The surgery has been fantastic over the last year or so. All staff is helpful and competent.Massive improvement recently in admin. There was a period of 2 or 3 years where the admin was absolutely abysmal. Much, much better now. All the reception staff are competent and helpful.A couple of the GPs are amazing. Very attentive and caring.Dr. Sharma was great, but she doesn't appear to be seeing patients anymore.

5 stars for Dr Gamage, I was so worried about my issue and she put my mind at rest and made the appointment as lovely as it could possibly be - thank you so much! I really appreciated it and cannot explain how much it meant to me

Poor experience with the reception team at Dr V Sharma GP. I was with 3 year old toddler with 39.5 degree temp. I got late by 10 minutes and had just missed the appointment, requested to accommodate as toddler was unable to keep himself awake. They did not bother to accommodate me and rather in a casual way suggested to take nurofen or visit a pharmacist. The receptionist was near to rude and uncaring.I acknowledge being late but she could have been caring and receptive.

The doctors are good but the receptionist including the receptionist manager are diabolical, the simplest task of booking an appointment they get wrong and on top of that they are extremely rude, they hate talking to patients and if you dare go into that surgery without a mask they send you home no matter how ill you are they will happily push you out the door, there tone of voice is nasty at all times, they tell lies and shout at anyone who dares to question them. The receptionists want to know the ins and outs of your problem to only say no to booking an appointment. I am surprised that anyone wants to go to that surgery, I would personally not give any stars to this surgery and warn people to not go there.
