A really good experience with the team. When I initially came to them with a problem they recommended two options (one cheaper and one more expensive) to try and solve the issue at a lower cost to me rather than go ahead and perform work that may not have been required.Despite a pricing issue on the final fix (a fuel rail) stemming from the supplier, when it came to the final work they ensured I was only billed the amount they initially quoted me rather than just adding it onto my bill.Absolutely my garage of choice moving forwards. This is a fantastic garage who I recommend to everyone. The service you get is just amazing and they go above and beyond what is expected. Customer service is brilliant and Nick and the team are always very friendly. The repairs are always done in a reasonable time, they will always try to fit you in sooner if possible, fair price and expert knowledge. Would never go anywhere else!

Great service and communication from the team. Took my care there last week for a service and to sort out a problem another garage couldn't. All done efficiently and very reasonably priced. Took my van there this week for a perceived fuel problem, they went through everything they could, couldn't find a problem and put my mind at ease. Didn't charge even when I offered to pay for their time. Will most definitely be using again.

Excellent service!I contacted HAS this morning after my father in law recommended them. I asked if they could squeeze me in for an MOT as it was due to expire on 8th Oct but today was the only day I was working from home (I work over an hour away). They got me in and I got my car back this afternoon. Thank you for running an excellent service! You now have a new customer. Very well priced and the staff were so professional and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Really disappointing service by these guys. Charged £60 for what must have been a really short check to tell me the gear box needed replacing. Got a phone call 20 minutes after drop off - how can this possibly have totalled £60? Told it had been 'on the ramps for a look' which is can't have been, no time and works on-going on other cars (guy on the phone said they'd only driven it around the block so I've been lied to somewhere?). Go elsewhere. I've been a customer for a few years and they are still happy to rip me off. Thanks for patronising explanation on running a business.

Had my parking sensor need pulling back through the bumper due to a small bump. They were available within a week and only took them 1 hour to sort it all out. VW quoted me £300 just to remove the bumper and would take 2 hours.Great mechanics very friendly will 100% be using them again in the future.
