New Eton House

Very bad management of seven living. Booked through airbnb...We have rented apartment for 45 days . It's been a week in the apartment we have raised several complaints and repair assistance through email and phone call to several living . Sofa  drying rack roning board is completely broken, no kitchen eqipments give , no huver ( vacuum given to clean apartment) Kitchen lights socket is broken amd removed no kitchen lights winter time after 4pm u can't see anything as same lights in living room being a studio style ....heater are not working which was a major complain wer temperature is 7 degree early morning ...extremely disappointing since  days der Is no follow up ..no one visited and repaired anythg ...request to cancel or change is sent ...but no reply ... 0 rating to air bnb and especially seven living service.

The elevator has been spoilt for about 2 months now. I have a baby and I have to carry my baby and the pram down the stairs anytime I want to go out. The landlord and those in charge do not care.

So bad a dirty and hot we tried to call but every time they said they will call us back bit they didn't they do nothing

This is the worst place ever don't come here if you want to die for heat we've been calling them they said they will call back they never do we got here last week Friday my daughter found bugs in the bathroom it also has black spots in the tub the toilet was so gross there is not even a window to open to make the heat better nothing all the seats r dirty drawings on the wall multiple buggers seen on the wall tears in the bed they will say they will call you but never will don't go here it's the worst.

Firstly, the check in instructions are incorrect, it tells you to drive through the barriers then collect the keys. However you need to the keys to open the barriers so I had to keep my car on an unsecure double yellow road. Once through the barrier my allocated parking bay of ‘55’ was occupied & remained occupied for the whole of my stay.When I got in the property I was disappointed to find that what was described as ‘two double bed rooms’, was actually one double bed room & one twin bed room. When I called ‘24/7 assistance’ I was told an assistant would call me back, 7 hours later I called back as I gathered noone was getting back to me, i rang straight to voicemail. When I called the next day the office were ‘closed’.On top of this I was charged £65 for ‘cleaning services’. However the apartment was not cleaned, with the current pandemic I would have expected cleaning to be a priority. The bathroom draw had food wrappers from the previous customers. The walls had brown marks of them as you come in & blue marks near the sink. The dishes were shocking, with left over food remains & oil. Mold in the bathroom.Resulting in me having to purchase cleaning equipment & products to clean the apartment myself.Thankfully for the next people to stay I have left cleaning products & equipment behind.I am still awaiting a response from seven living. I will never be staying here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

O prédio é lindo os apartamentos também, porém NÃO TEM JANELAS!!! Na verdade tem janelas mas quando vc abre tem outro vidro na frente não existe passagem de ar puro… Me senti dentro de uma caixa, isso fazia o apartamento ser muito abafado, quente, sufocante!
