Atter's Plumbing and Heating

Our Boiler started leaking on Thursday night during lockdown and had to be turned off. This is a nightmare for a family with 2 small children and just happened to be one of the coldest days of the year. After phoning around we were braced for a weekend of no heating or hot water. But thankfully my partner phoned James from Atter’s. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone on Friday morning. By the afternoon he arrived with the parts to install an entire new flue. On arrival he was polite knowledgeable and just got on with the job...no moaning, no making your feel like he’s doing you a favour...just professional. Within and an hour!! He had fitted the flue in a tight loft cavity and done all the safety checks....By 5pm Friday warm house, hot water and happy family...Thanks James

We are a household that loves having this cold weather- any excuse to crack the heating on and get warm! Our previous boiler was old, costing us a fortune and if it wasn't making a noise then something was up with it. We decided to invest in a new boiler and knew from our previous experience of our bathroom refit, Atter's Plumbing and Heating would provide an excellent service. We wanted our new boiler rehoused and hidden out of the way; James not only moved the boiler from the hall to upstairs, he made sure all piping work was discrete and not on show. Our new boiler now allows us to control the temperature we would like the house, whilst being more economical and cost effective. James and Nick were punctual, hardworking and professional throughout the entire process of attaining our new boiler. Would highly recommend for a top-quality service.

James responded to my message quickly and was able to send out an engineer the next morning for a boiler service. The engineer was really knowledgeable and explained everything to me including how to use my boiler more efficiently

James responded promptly upon learning that my elderly Mum had a water leak. He quickly identified what new parts were needed, which were collected from his supplier whilst the system was being drained, fitted parts and rebalanced the system. Everything was rechecked before leaving. Thank you a James!

Happy with Mr Atter, when I call him he always trys to get hear quickly as possible and fix the problems I have. Hes put in a few boilers and very happy with his work, and always tidies up after. I have used him for many years.

Called James out to attend to Boiler which was not heating up the radiators. He responded promptly and quickly identified the problem as a leak in an old pipe buried in concrete under the kitchen sink unit. James carried out the repairs efficiently and put everything back as he found it. Clean and tidy work.

Our old boiler sprang a leak,James and the team, especially Nick did a superb job, new boiler installed within a few days. Great attention to detail, neat and tidy. Great job
