From the initial contact with Simon and his help with an extra speedy despatch to meet our deadline in receiving the boxes on time, which was a delivery to Belfast within 48 hours that no-one else could offer us, to receipt of the boxes which are of an excellent quality. Got a first class service from this company! I ordered the wrong sized box and got a personal telephone call from Simon the Owner/Managing Director, after working hours on a Friday evening. Simon was extremely helpful and gave me lots of useful advice about carefully packaging and safely posting a wedding dress. He sent me the correct box, at no extra charge, which arrived on the Monday and is good quality and sturdy. Not many companies give this sort of service nowadays. Thank you Simon!
