Fantastic service - they searched for ages to find a like-for-like replacement for an ancient automatic garage door lock. When they couldn't find one they did a superb job of replacing it with something more up-to-date. Quick, communicative, friendly and very reasonably priced for the level of service. Highly recommended!

Jay was amazing. We’ve got two small children and found ourselves locked out on a Saturday teatime. The kids were hungry and we were so panicked. Jay arrived really quickly and it wasn’t an easy job but he refused to give up. He really did go the extra mile and got us in really quickly. We were so grateful. He was courteous, friendly and extremely polite. Would highly recommend if you ever find yourselves locked out.

Consett Locksmiths are amazing!!! I have used them three times now on two separate properties for both front and back doors. They are extremely prompt in responding, are highly experienced with extensive knowledge allowing them to quickly diagnose the issues and provide a range of cost-effective solutions. Jason and his team are extremely professional, very efficient, fully tidy up after the job is completed and are extremely friendly and courteous. Just an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would not use any other locksmith and would wholeheartedly recommend them.
