we visited the new show room today we were very warmly greeted on entering and asked if there was anything we needed help with , initially we were looking for aroma salts so we were shown to the area , wow ! so many to choose from ... sally introduced herself to us and we had a very lengthy chat about our hot tub we had so much information from our trip today we ended up getting a product to reduce the foaming we are getting at the moment and a cleaning solution for the filter , we thought it just needed washing ! so glad we called in we will be back for all of our hot tub products . Thank you

We ordered a Hot Tub and Sauna from these guys, we had a few issues, Totally DOWN TO US, they happily returned immediately relocated the Hot Tub and re explained the workings of the Sauna. Nothing but praise for this Company.
