We have just been at Paul's to organise buying a corn snake. We are first-time reptile owners. We were served by Ruby who was informative, helpful and friendly. She took her time to show us the different snakes and explain their care, their food, habitat etc. My two boys had a million questions and Ruby answered them all.Not only have we now reserved our snake, I also feel really confident that if I have any snake-related questions, I know who to call.I'm really impressed at the customer service, expertise and enthusiasm for imparting knowledge. What a great shop.

Amazing place! We popped in for a bit of advice about a bearded dragon we adopted & could not of asked for more help & support. We ended up going back two weeks later to buy a new baby dragon because of how easy they made everything to set up & all the care & advice they gave us. Could not fault the service we received & will definitely be regulars. Highly recommend.

It’s an amazing place with many cool and interesting animals.. the staff are helpful and have good knowledge about the animals and they give good advice. I would definitely recommend coming here as it has a good variety, good staff and it is a very cool store.

We bought a female leopard gecko. Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. We felt comfortable asking any questions or for confirmation on any research we did before hand. Easy 5 starts!

Came in with a housemate to get a juvenile crested gecko over the weekend. The clerk was very nice & inviting, and the geckos looked good (lovely color, no stuck shed, all their toes & claws, prehensile dot). We were shown how they reacted to being handled at the moment. For transport we got a nice tupperwear box with misted kitchen roll. Overall a very nice nice experience.
