Receptionist was very friendly and wished as all good luck for the Life in the UK test. There is a quite a strict security procedure in place, where they will check your phone is turn off, all belongings in provided lockers, a pat down, metal detector scan. I assume they must have had cheaters before and are making sure that doesn't happen. Despite all this, it was a fairly quick process and I was doing my test in about 15minutes from initial admission into the office. It was a smooth process and have no compliants.

Due to being short staffed, it took about an hour just to check-in and wait. The reception lady was polite and helpful. Felt sorry for her because she did about 3people’s work by herself. The invigilator was very quick and nice too. Hence, two stars. If not the ladies, I would’ve give 0star.

The staff for the life in uk test are well rude. No manners whatsoever

The receptionist Lavinia was lovely and welcoming, she was all smiles and made us feel relaxed as we came in and she wished us all good luck

My partner has used this place twice and has felt degraded by the staff on both occasions. Basically expect to be treated in the most demeaning manner if you book your life in the UK test here.

People are searched for cheating material in awkward places in front of everyone which seems pretty demeaning. The lady at reception clearly didn't want to be there. The other staff lady was polite and professional.
